GreyLabs AI, a pioneering speech analytics platform for financial institutions, has successfully secured over $1.5 million in seed funding led by Matrix Partners India. The funding round also attracted investments from prominent figures such as Vasant Sridhar (OfBusiness founder), Narasimha Reddy (MoEngage founder), Nitin Gupta (Uni Cards founder), Anil Goteti (Scapia Cards founder), along with several other angel investors.

GreyLabs AI is set to transform the way banks, financial institutions, and fintech companies derive actionable insights from unstructured data, particularly focusing on speech data generated through call centers and email communications.

Founded in October 2023 by Aman Goel and Harshita Srivastava, and later joined by Debabrata Basak, Raj Sanghavi, Shivam Gupta, and Shreyas Patel, GreyLabs AI specializes in extracting valuable insights from organizational unstructured data, including call recordings and email data.

The platform automates the call quality assurance and agent training processes, ensuring regulatory compliance and boosting operational efficiency. Its advanced technology also identifies lead generation and cross-selling opportunities within calls with precision.

The founders of GreyLabs AI previously established Cogno AI, a conversational AI platform for banks and financial institutions, which was acquired by Exotel in 2021.

In the competitive landscape, GreyLabs AI faces rivals such as Uniphore, Mihup, and indirectly competes with Contiinex and Reverie, among others.
