Phenom, a US-based HRtech company, has acquired Tydy, another US HRtech startup specializing in pre-boarding and onboarding solutions. With development centers in Hyderabad and Vizag employing 850 and 250 people respectively, Phenom aims to significantly expand its workforce. Tydy, based in Bengaluru with a 40-person team, will have its team, including co-founders Kiran Menon, Nikhil Gurjer, and Gaurabh Mathure, integrate into Phenom.
