Three startups from India and Singapore—Live2.ai and NeuralGarage from India, and Creatively Squared from Singapore—have emerged as winners of the L'Oréal Big Bang Beauty Tech Innovation Program for the South Asia Pacific, Middle East, and North Africa (SAPMENA) region.

As winners, these startups will pilot their technologies with one of L’Oréal's 37 global brands, gain exposure in 35 markets across SAPMENA, and participate in a year-long mentorship led by senior executives from L’Oréal and its program partners. This program aims to accelerate beauty tech innovations for SAPMENA consumers, according to L’Oréal.

Aseem Kaushik, Managing Director of L’Oréal India, praised India’s entrepreneurial talent, emphasizing that these winning solutions will redefine beauty by making it more personalized, inclusive, and sustainable globally.

  • Live2.ai offers a SaaS platform with interactive, shoppable video technology for Connected TV and brand websites.
  • NeuralGarage uses generative AI to enhance dubbing quality, syncing lip movements with dubbed audio for a seamless viewing experience.

The Big Bang Beauty Tech Innovation Program, launched in May 2024, attracted hundreds of startups competing over five months. The Grand Finale, held on October 23 in Singapore, was judged by executives from L’Oréal, Accenture, Google, Meta, and Veros Ventures.

This year’s theme encouraged innovations across consumer experience, media, new commerce, and tech for good.
